KWC USA 2010 National Finalists Crowned!

After months of performances, regional finals and this weekends National finals, the KWC USA 2010 Top Male and Female National Champions have been crowned: Top Female is Tami Marie from New Mexico and Top Male is Edward Pimentel also from New Mexico. Crowned tonight in Houston Texas at the National Finals of the KWC USA 2010 competition, Tami and Edward are on their way to compete at the World championship in Moscow, Russia in September. Congratulations Tami and Edward.

After the exciting and nail-biting Round 4 of the National Finals performances, the placings are :

Tami Marie, placed 1st, from New Mexico, River Deep, Mountain High, in the style of Tina Turner
Edward Pimentel, 1st place, from New Mexico, One Last Cry in the style of Brian Knight
Michelle Brooks Thompson, placed 2nd, from Massachusetts, I’m Telling You I’m Not Going, in the style of Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls)
Chase Silva, placed 2nd, from Washington, Me and Mrs. Jones, in the style of Al Green
Kim Gonzales, placed 3rd, from Texas, What’s Going On, in the style of 4 Non Blondes
Tim Keller, placed 3rd, from Washington, Sharped Dressed Man, in the style of ZZ Top

There can only be two winners though, and Tami Marie and Edward Pimentel were crowned KWC USA 2010 National Champions and are on the their way to Moscow to compete at the World Finals in September.
