Cirque de Soleil has put out an urgent call for 2 female singers for a new show about Elvis and his musical heritage. Apply as soon as possible.

1) URGENT Seeking a female rock and roll singer with great stage presence

Cirque du Soleil is seeking a female rock and roll singer for a new show about Elvis and his musical heritage. The show will take place at ARIA the theatre of the CityCenter in Las Vegas, and is directed by Vincent Paterson. The female singer should be strongest in pop and rock styles, and have great stage presence.

Interested candidates must submit:

* A recent CV/résumé;
* A photo;
* A video demo including the following songs:

1. Suspicious Minds in C Major
2. Don’t be Cruel in D Major

Qualifications
* Strong stage presence and charisma;
* Excellent intonation and strong vocal technique;
* Strong harmony singing skills;
* Ability to move well and good physical condition;
* Ability to sing in changing conditions and settings;
* Experience with in-ear amplification an asset.

We want to see lots of energy and attitude. Have fun and show us how you would “wow” 1500 people.

Cirque du Soleil is seeking a female singer for a new show about Elvis and his musical heritage. The show will take place at ARIA at CityCenter Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, and is directed by Vincent Paterson. The female singer should have a rich, deep, alto or mezzo voice like Aretha Franklin.

Interested candidates must submit:

* A recent CV/résumé;
* A photo;
* A video demo including the following songs:

1.       One Night with You (Elvis) in E major
2.       Suspicious Minds in C major
3.       Chain of Fools (Aretha Franklin) preferably in the original key
4.       1 minute of a song of your choice, preferably gospel or soul.

Qualifications
* Female of African heritage (creator’s requirement);
* Strong stage presence and charisma;
* Excellent intonation and strong vocal technique;
* Strong harmony singing skills;
* Ability to move well and good physical condition;
* Ability to sing in changing conditions and settings;
* Experience with in-ear amplification an asset.
