Billboard’s Halloween Costume Contest

Put your creativity to work this week to win an iPad, iPod Touch or iTunes gift card, by entering Billboard’s Halloween Costume Contest.  All you need to do is dress up in the best costume you can create of your favorite pop star.

Once you get your costume together, you’ll need to take a photo and submit it to Billboard by end of day on Thursday October 21st.

Finalists will be selected by Billboard editors and will be posted on Billboard.com on October 25th.

Who will you dress up as: Lady GaGa? Elvis? Michael Jackson? Kiss? Elton John?
